I love Cher, saved a year to go to the show got to Vegas and she had cancelled. I got my money back b/c I had booked with a credit card through ticket master. I don't know that anyone who bought the tickets from the street vendors got anything back. Cher had cancelled until Tuesday, September 30th but Caesars advertised the concert like it was happening at least until I left on Monday, September 29th. I was handed a piece of paper with a list of the other shows in Vegas and told to find myself something else to see. When I asked the producers of the show what Caesars was going to do for the concert goers I was told that Caesars makes no money off of the Cher show and that nothing they could do would help our dissappointment so they were doing nothing. I left without buying anything from the Cher store in Caesars, I did not gamble in their casinos, and I will not give them any of my money ever again. There was no reason the hotel/casino couldn't have provided better customer service. I'm sure Cher would be embarrassed at the way we were all treated- we were basically told tough luck, now leave. She was incredible. I cannot describe to people how awesome the show was. The combination of the costumes, sets and the music from her beginnings until now was spectacular leaving me with wanting more. With all the money I have spent on Cher items in my lifetime this was money well spent. I plan on returning to Vegas next summer to see the show again. Words cannot describe.
