Cher Las Vegas 2010 Tickets & 2011 Possible World Tour
Cher’s Las Vegas 2010 shows are fast approaching and tickets are selling like hot cakes! Cher’s first 2010 date begins April 10th and carries through until May 30th with more dates expected to be released for 2010.
Cher has also hinted at a 2011 world tour which will feature hits from her new album, new costumes, set list and exciting new choreography. This old girl aint done yet! Far from it… in fact Cher is due to finish up filming her new movie Burlesque and move straight back to not only her Las Vegas Concerts but into the recording studio for a new album and mega hit to rival Believe. please Cher sing we all sleep alone (as the final song of the encore, real powerful), I’ve found someone and the full version of Dark Lady (not the short 70′s medley version but the full version, I love the ending of that song). also some real oldies like Sunny or Baby don’t go or the beat goes on. and speaking of oldies obviously: bang bang

where’s the proof that she will tour again? there isn’t any, so don’t get too excited. if she does tour again. it probably won’t be a concert tour, but a promo tour, to promote a new album. if anyone doesn’t know what a promo tour is, it’s when a singer goes on different tv shows around the world, and things like music festivals, awards shows, mini concerts etc, to promote something, by singing and doing interviews. But anyway, i hope she doesn’t tour again, i would rather she concentrated on recording, and films, and other projects, but a promo tour would be ideal, i want her back on our tv screens again!

OMG Cher, it would be absolutely wonderful if you toured again and came back to the U.K and London! 2004 I saw your Farewell Tour there, it was absolutely brilliant. My two grandaughters who now live with me under Court Orders, had to listen to you on my mobile phone and I know they would love to see you in person. You are often heard singing, sometimes in different rooms in my house – can get a bit spooky at times! OMG!!!!! This is amazing! I saw Cher in Vegas! It was great!…. I was watching the hangover last night but my mom said not to tell anyone cuz it was a bad movie, and i spotted the Cher sign at Casear’s when they were goning to vegas and i was like ahhhhh i saw it! Haha Lol:) Love you Cher!!!!!!

I’m apparently the only one here with this opinion but I would love her to do those dramatic, emotional ballads like Chastity Sun, Love and Pain, Too Far Gone, Nature Boy and Send in the Clows. Her rendition of “Nature Boy” during the TV-tribute to Sonny Bono knocked me off my feet. It was really poignant. She also did a version of “Send in the Clows” during her solo-show in 1975. It was just magical. Her voice was so rich, melodious and warm in that one, soo beautiful! A friend of mine attended one of her concerts in the late 70s where she performed this one and he said that it was one of the memorable moments of his life. I wish she would relinquish some of those overblown, commercialized, streamlined hits and opt for someof this off-beat material, too. It would be great, don’t you think, too?

I agree with you about the song thing but the truth is her own record label doesn’t let her release music that isn’t “overblown” (cf Not Commercial). So she’s got to perform her biggest hits.
Once again, I am so dying to hear Send in the clowns!

I would love to hear a stripped, cut-down set of Cher live singing her hits acoustic. This should include Heart of Stone, Just Like Jesse James, Bang Bang, Half Breed, Gypsies, Tramps, and Theives, and more. I want to hear songs from Not.Com.mercial in an acoustic manner, as well as songs from the new album, which will hopefully be a rock album. It would be cool if Cher had no costume changes and sang simply in jeans and a cute top, because it would have more focus on her aas a singer. (Don’t get me wrong, the costumes are amazing). But this would help people take her more seriously as a vocalist. I think she should give this a try!

Stefan, my name is Eric. It helps to be respectful to a person if you want them to take you seriously. And must you always use ‘Fucking’ Cher doesn’t use any it more in mixed company, she used it often when she was young but she grew up and realized it just makes you sound vulgar. I suppose it has its place if you want to make a point but to keep repeating it sounds like you are incapable of finding a more appropriate word, perhaps a dictionary or a thesaurus might help. You say you love Cher but some of her old songs are too old for you? I will remind Barbara Streisand when I see her that ‘the way we were’ is just too old for her to be singing now. Cher has been recording for over 40 years and you want her to just forget her music her history, and the fans that put her there and have their own favorites, to sing only new material, you can’t be serious! your stuck on believe in a bad way. People go to concerts to hear the singer or band do songs from there albums live, not to just hear new material if Cher did what you are asking she never would have had the success she did with the Believe tour in the first place, trust me there were many Gypsy’s tramps and thieves, dark ladies and a few half breeds there too. I have a feeling If Cher doesn’t do your Electronica album and does something more contemporary you would probably go running for the hills.

Eric I second your thinking and reasoning. It’s true that Believe had a life of it’s own, but to be a Cher fan, you have to appreciate the entire package. She made many musical history, and many milestones with her career and many factes of her career. Truth is Cher, no matter what she chooses to do, will always have something that appeals to someone. Stephan, not everyone likes dance music. (I Do Like Electronica) But sometimes a really memorable song a good song does not have to be electronic. No matter what direction Cher takes with her next music project she will always be well rounded.

Well Daniel, song for the lonely reached #11 in the USA and it did so even though Cher’s former prick of a manager had annnounced to the press that this song was not going to be released as a single. So all this taken into account I think SFTL did pretty well. i think all of the classics… Gypsies Tramps and Thieves, Turn Back Time, Heart of Stone…etc… but no matter what Cher does it is all great to listen too…… I HOPE THE TOUR IF IT DOES HAPPEN COMES TO PITTSBURGH PENNSYLVANIA… i couldnt go to the farewell tours… but you can best bet if she comes i will be there….

Hey To all Cher fan’s out there,
Hey it’s Gibby from Colorado I would love to see Cher back out on the road again. I would love to hear Cher sing The Power again. If Cher can read tis I think it would be totally AWSOME if Cher could suprise us all and ask her gal pal the one and only TINA TURNER to come out and join her on her next big outting. I think that tour would be so GREAT everyone would for sure get thre moneys worth. I think we all should start writing to Oprah and get her in the CHER & TINA band wagon with us and get this two BIG DIVAS on the road together for the first time.
