Students meet CHER in Las Vegas
Ten Yale University architecture students were in town last week to study the Strip’s shopping and entertainment centers. Led by Washington, D.C.-based architect David M. Schwarz, who is designing the Smith Center for the Performing Arts for Las Vegas’ downtown, the group plans to produce a book on the design and future of the Strip. Schwarz, center, and his team pose with Cher at the Colosseum at Caesar’s Palace.
Meanwhile Cher has been feeling a little unwell of late, having to cancel her September 23rd and 24th shows, Cher has also had to cancel her weekend shows due to a mystery illness. There is speculation that Cher’s Las Vegas shows may not continue into next year due to her health, lets hope CHE makes a speedy recovery.

Hi Cher, do hope you are feeling better now. It is hell when you feel unwell without having the public eagerly awaiting your shows. You looked terrific with Oprah and Tina in the interview and duets you did, probably some time ago over in America, but which we had to wait until last weekend to see over here in the U.K. Take care of yourself girl, start thinking about you cos at the end of the day you are a human being, not a machine and no-one out there should expect you to carry on singing your heart out if you are ill. As I read in several forums on the Internet, the contract of Cher in Caesars could end early due to the cancellation of concerts, and the health of Cher.
The concerts on Wednesday and Tuesday were canceled along with the end of this week due to an illness unknown.

How lucky those students were to stand there and take a picture with the One and Only Fabulous Cher. I have been lucky enough to see her Farewell tour 4 times and recently on september 21 saw her show in Vegas It was So fabulous she looked so beautiful in all her costumes and her Voice, Oh my God that beautiful voice was at its best. Her dancing with her dancers was superb and her sense of humor always seems to amaze me. Cher Ill be praying for you to get well im sorry you have been feeling bad . Your Cher Store was very fabulous just like you. I truely think you are the most Fabulous singer in the whole world. All my Love your devoted fan Gus Serracino. P.S. would love to sing After all duet with you some day As i am a vocalist. would be a lifetime dream come true.
